Really enjoyed this hotel, had excellent experience. It was a beautiful old and absolutely great property in a calm area, close enough to the downtown Bologna, mall and FICO Eataly world, and the center. The location was favourable - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, we went to the lake, it's 40 minutes walk away. We had the a double room which was immaculate and reasonably large. The bed was nice, used central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television...

The value for money at Fico Bologna Bed & Breakfast was exceptional, and the room was delightful, with charming original features. The location was convenient, with a shuttle service to the city center, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

If you are looking for a lovely accommodation, this place is perfect. It is not far from the downtown of the city and also close to the Unipol Arena, where you can attend great concerts. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings from your comfortable room. Plus, the bathroom is well designed and has everything you need. the owners are marvelous, offering a great service every day. the breakfast is delicious, with homemade jams and yogurt.

The location may not be convenient for those who want to be close to the airport.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was great. We really appreciated the fact that they had private parking and were able to accommodate our late arrival. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we could tell that they put a lot of effort into making it. We also enjoyed the beautiful decorations and cozy atmosphere of the inn.

The location was a bit far from the city center and there wasn't much to do in the immediate area. the noise from nearby planes was a bit distracting at times.

During my Christmas holiday, the hotel offered a couple of complimentary facts which were quite good. the location was also convenient as it was situated near the airport with great accessibility. the room was reasonably well-equipped and had a variety of supplies, which was pretty good.

The hotel had a few letdowns too. To begin with, the breakfast was below average with minimal variety.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming bed & breakfast. the owners were incredibly hospitable, showing us around and ensuring we had everything we needed. the rooms were cozy and impeccably clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find amenities like a razor and toothbrush in the bathroom, which even some 5-star hotels don't provide. the breakfast served was absolutely superb, and we regret not buying more of the delicious homemade apricot jam made by the owners. While the location was a bit outside the city, it was easily accessible by car. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.
